We work on a reasonable contingent fee basis which is generally more cost effective than what other Public Adjusters and Attorneys charge. This arrangement ensures that we stay highly motivated to work hard and make certain that the case goes your way. Each claim is different and we quote our fees based upon many different factors. You can be assured that it will be economical and fair and the costs are usually fully absorbed by the increased settlements we are able to achieve for you. We are a no win no fee based firm. There will be no upfront or out of pocket cost to you.
Each appraisal assignment is different. We are able to offer different payment options including flexible hourly rates, flat fees or sometimes a contingent based fee calculated on the amount of recovery. We are highly efficient and do not nickel and dime you when it comes to time and expenses. You can rest assured that our fees will be reasonable and practical considering the expected outcomes.
When insurance litigtaion is your only recourse, we can serve as either a fact or expert witness. We work at a reasonable and cost effective hourly rate. Our consulting, claim preparation, expert reports and testimony can help make your case. In certain situations our fees and costs may be awarded by the court and paid by your lawyer or the insurance company.
