Beginnings

In 2002 the principals of JUSTCLAIMS separated from the Independent Insurance Adjusting and Third Party Administration company they were running to start a new firm dedicated to providing superior claims adjusting and insurance administration services on behalf of policyholders exclusively. We identified that changes in the industry and the attitudes of insurance companies were shifting and that the need for knowledgeable and experienced loss advisors to assist policyholders was becoming more crucial than ever.

We had become dissatisfied with the way some insurance companies were handling claims, and concerned that the interests of insured's who were experiencing losses were not being satisfied fully or sometimes fairly. It was apparent that people and organizations needed help.  Not just to ensure full recovery of their losses, but also guidance and assistance in navigating the increasingly complex insurance policies and claims process. Individuals are dealing with greater demands and increasing workloads both at home and at work. It is often difficult to keep up and the responsibilities can be stressful. That is why it is advantageous to bring in specialists who can focus on your loss recovery while allowing you to concentrate on your other important responsibilities.

Growth

We started out of the Philadelphia metropolitan area with our headquarters in Southern New Jersey. Our firm is expanding and has positioned itself through the proper licensing and strategic alliances to handle claims along the entire east coast and eastern half of the U.S.  In addition to our growth, we have established 4 major practice areas and have expanded geographically in both the Northeastern and Southern regions. The firm now operates out of offices in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi. These strategically placed locations allow us to quickly respond anywhere in eastern half of the U.S. along with a strong network of affiliated experts.

We continue to seek new associates who share the same values and vision to help policyholders and their recovery efforts. In addition, our affiliate network is critical to our continued growth and our mission here is partner with other professionals and companies that can provide superior services to our clients or to whom our services will add value and complement.
