"Success Fees"

JustClaims Public Adjuster services are provided to clients on a contingency fee basis which is calculated on a reasonable pre-agreed % of your settlement. There are no upfront fees or retainers and we are not paid until the relevant portions of your claim are settled. We only get paid once we deliver a positive result and settlement of your claim.

Our incentive is tied to our performance

Our incentive is directly tied to our success in recovering the greatest amount you are entitled to under the terms of your policy. As a result our fees are absorbed due to superior recoveries. We know how to thoroughly asses and present your claim to ensure full recoveries. We live and breathe Insurance Claims and have made it our purpose to get you everything from your policy that you have paid for. In addition, we put our knowledge and experience to use to ensure added value for our clients. The more we put back in your pocket the greater our incentive.

We are not dependent upon insurance companies for commissions or fees like your agent or broker. JustClaims Public Adjusters loyalty is to our policyholder clients only, and we zealously pursue recoveries without any conflicts of interest.
